Introducing Gabriella, an experienced British educator, dedicated to guiding students towards academic excellence. Gabriella brings a wealth of experience and passion to the realm of student coaching.

She has dedicated years to shaping young minds as an inspiring teacher, both in the UK and Dubai, adeptly navigating the intricacies of the British and IB Curriculum. Holding positions as Head of Year and Head of Subject during her tenure, Gabriella has honed her skills in guiding students towards academic success.

Driven by a deep-seated desire to facilitate students' growth and development, she transitioned from the classroom to establish Elite Student Coaching. Having spent years witnessing the impact of personalised support and mentorship on her students' academic journeys, Gabriella recognized the need for a more tailored approach to education—one that not only addressed academic challenges but also nurtured confidence, resilience, and self-belief.

Witnessing the transformation of her students, culminating in their acceptance into universities of their choice, has been profoundly rewarding for Gabriella, reaffirming the power of individualised coaching to unlock students' potential and pave the way for their future success.

Carla is a seasoned educator and mentor with a rich background in guiding students through their academic journeys. With an extensive 18 years of experience teaching 11-18 year old’s, Carla has served as Head of Year, Head of Department and Head of Key Stage 4. She possesses a deep understanding of the challenges students face during these crucial stages of their education. Her commitment to student success is evident through the numerous pupils she has mentored to achieve remarkable results.

Originally trained in the UK, Carla dedicated herself to the British education system. She then embarked on a new chapter in the UAE and gained pastoral leadership experience in the IB curriculum and, most recently, has been teaching in an outstanding British school in Dubai.

However, driven by a passion to make a more direct impact on students' academic growth, Carla made the bold decision to transition from classroom teaching to individual coaching. Recognising the unique needs of each student, she now devotes her energy to providing personalised guidance, aimed at unlocking every individual's full academic potential.

In addition to her role as a mentor, Carla was also employed as a Specialist Leader of Education. This designation reflects her exemplary leadership qualities and her ability to inspire and support fellow educators in their professional development. With a proven track record of success and a steadfast dedication to empowering students, Carla stands as a beacon of excellence in the field of education, committed to shaping the next generation of achievers.
